Functional cLSM calcium imaging of odorant responses in the OB.
The essential feature of the confocal laser scanning microscope (cLSM) is the generation of optical sections by removal of out-of-focus light. This allows visualisation of both physiological calcium imaging experiments and morphological immunostainings at the cellular level.
