Charge coupled device (CCD) imaging
Calcium signaling in basal stem cells of the OE upon ATP application.
CCD imaging allows measurements of changes in fluorescence emitted by fluorescent dyes, e.g. Fluo-4 or Fura-II. Our CCD imaging setups are mounted on upright microscopes which makes combined optical/patch clamp experiments possible.
